Strong products still lose deals to slow replies and forgotten follow-ups. Wanted.Berlin builds the system that finds the right accounts, reaches them with relevant messages and makes sure no enquiry goes cold.
Demand Engine.
Capture, qualify and follow up every lead.
Where demand gets lost
Slow first replies
Enquiries wait days for an answer while the buyer talks to someone else.
Event leads that never convert
Badge scans sit in spreadsheets long after the show.
Busy outreach, thin pipeline
More messages go out, but few speak to the buyer's actual application.
What we build
- Ideal customer profiles and target-account lists
- Outbound and email sequences grounded in your knowledge base
- Event and trade-show follow-up workflows
- Lead capture, scoring and routing with a named owner
- Acknowledgements and reminders so nothing goes unanswered
What it replaces
Spreadsheets of badge scans, manual list research, copy-pasted emails and leads waiting days for a reply.
What you get
- Faster, consistent first replies
- Every enquiry captured with its source and an owner
- Sequences that speak to the buyer's application
- A clear view of which accounts are moving
Capture, qualify and follow up every lead.

What is a demand engine?
The connected set of targeting, outreach, follow-up and lead routing that turns interest into qualified conversations. Where possible we build it in the CRM and tools you already use.
Which CRM and tools do you work with?
Usually the CRM you already have, such as HubSpot, Salesforce or SAP, connected to your website forms, email and events. Custom connectors are scoped separately with your technical owner.
Is the outreach automated?
Repetitive steps such as research, routing, reminders and first drafts are automated. Messages are grounded in your knowledge base and reviewed by people before they go out.
How do you handle GDPR?
We design capture and outreach around consent and suppression rules and agree the legal basis with you. Final legal approval stays with your company.
How do you measure success?
By measures we agree at the start of each sprint, not by the number of emails sent. We separate leading indicators, such as response time, qualified leads and meetings, from lagging ones, such as pipeline and won deals. We flag opportunities that stall early, so attention goes to the ones that are moving, and we track how long buyers take from first contact to a decision, with the aim of shortening that journey.
Start with a conversation, not a contract.
